Barre Tone

Barre Tone is a hybrid workout class – combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance and yoga . Barre helps strengthen and tone your muscles without increasing bulk , and it improves your posture . The classes will improve your balance ,your range of motion and flexibility, build strength ,burn calories ,and increase stability through a stronger core.Tone your body and burn fat trough small, isometric movements, using your bodyweight  and small balls as well as resistance bands.

*During the class is better to wear grip socks to retain your body’s heat and to prevent your feet from sliding!
