Pilates Reformer
Reformer Pilates is a by appointment only, machine based class. It is the crown jewel in the Pilates repertoire and a favourite of Hollywood stars and celebrities. Compared to a mat class , the Reformer offers some distinct advantages due to its spring resistance and machine based set up. The Reformer will correct imbalances, tone your muscles, strengthen your core and effectively burn fat all at the same time! The Reformer is suitable for people of all abilities and ages. This includes clients with various injuries, especially lower back pain and postural issues.

Membership cards are valid for 31 days from the date of purchase!
Our cancelation policy for daytime classes is 6 hours prior. Our cancelation policy for 8 am, 9 am, 6 pm and 7 pm classes is 12 hours prior.
If a class is canceled less than 6 or 12 hours in advance (see above), the full price of the class will be charged. If a class is canceled more than 6 or 12 hours in advance, there will be no penalty.
Wearing non-slipery/grip socks during the classes is mandatory!
