Stretching
Low-intensity group activity of one hour duration. Exercise improves the flexibility and elasticity of the muscles. Works to increase joint mobility and improve posture. Stretching can be practiced with different accessories. It is suitable for both beginners and advanced. We all need to stretch in order to protect our mobility and independence, to avoid risk for joint pain and muscles damage.
Stretching has immense benefits for our mental health, from increasing our blood circulation and boosting our mood to improving the quality of sleep.

Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates is the classical repertoire of exercises that Joseph Pilate’s method is build upon – specially designed to mobilise the spine, activate the deep spinal stabilisers and build a strong core. Mat Pilates is a way to stretch and strengthen your body, increase your flexibility, improve your posture, reduce body fat and even support mental well-being!
Originally called ” Contrology”, is a method of whole body exercise designed to improve daily activities and livelihood.
Pilates is for everybody, regardless of gender, age, size, ability, or current fitness level.
