Pilates on the ball
Enhance your Pilates practice, develope core strength and balance. Besides being fun, the Swiss ball adds challange and variety to Pilates exercises. Due to the ball being unstable, it immediately provoque your balance, keeping you focused and in tune with your body.
Simply sitting on a stability ball engages the stabilzer muscles in your core. And can also be beneficial in keeping a healthy posture.

Barre Tone is a hybrid workout class, combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance and yoga. Barre helps strengthen and tone your muscles without increasing bulk, and it improves your posture. The classes improve your balance, your range of motion and flexibility, build strength, and increase stability through a stronger core. Tone your body and burn fat trough small, isometric movements, using your bodyweight and small balls as well as resistance bands.
*During the all classes is better to wear grip socks to retain your body’s heat and to prevent your feet from sliding! All activities in Pilates Atelier are without shoes!!
